These terms govern your use of the SnazzyEmail service. By registering or using the service, you agree to these terms in full.
1. Service Description
SnazzyEmail is an AI-assisted email composition tool. The service allows you to:
- Generate email drafts from natural language instructions
- Adjust the tone, length, and language of generated content
- Copy generated content for use in any email client
2. Registration and Account
2.1 Requirements
- You must provide accurate information when registering
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
2.2 Minimum Age
You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
3. Plans and Credits
3.1 Free Plan
- 10 welcome generations
- Access to basic tones
- No access to language translation
3.2 Pro Plan
- Unlimited generations
- Access to all tones
- Translation to multiple languages
- Monthly or annual billing
3.3 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify prices. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any changes affecting your active subscription.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use SnazzyEmail for:
- Illegal content: Generating messages that violate the law
- Spam: Creating unsolicited bulk emails
- Impersonation: Pretending to be another person or entity
- Harassment: Generating threatening, defamatory, or offensive content
- Fraud: Creating phishing emails or scams
- Malware: Distributing malicious software
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
⚠️ Important: Content generated by SnazzyEmail is produced by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate information.
- No guarantee of accuracy: We do not guarantee that content is correct, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose
- User responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing content before sending
- Not advice: Generated content does NOT constitute legal, medical, financial, or any other professional advice
- Use at your own risk: Any decisions based on generated content are your sole responsibility
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Your Content
You retain all rights to the text you input and the emails you generate. We do not claim ownership of your content.
6.2 Our Service
SnazzyEmail, including its design, code, logos, and underlying technology, is our property and is protected by intellectual property rights.
7. Privacy
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount you paid in the last 12 months
9. Cancellation and Termination
9.1 By You
- You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from settings
- Pro access continues until the end of the billed period
- No prorated refunds are provided
- You may request deletion of your account
9.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these terms of service
- Your use poses a risk to the service or third parties
- Required by law
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms occasionally. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice in the service at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any disputes, the parties submit to the courts of Madrid, Spain, without prejudice to any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable regulations.
12. General Provisions
- Entire agreement: These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties
- Severability: If any provision is declared void, the remainder remains in effect
- No waiver: Failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of that right
