Data We Collect
2.1 Account Data

2.3 Payment Data
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or bank details on our servers. Stripe acts as a data processor under its own privacy policy.
2.4 Email Content
Important
Free accounts do not store new email content after streaming. For Pro, Connect, and Business accounts, SnazzyEmail stores the generated subject, generated body, and original user input so the History feature can work. Pro shows 14 days while paid content is retained for up to 90 days for upgrade continuity; Connect shows and retains 90 days; Business retains history while subscribed. Data is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) solely to generate the requested content.
2.5 Gmail Integration
When you choose to send through Gmail, the recipient, subject, and body are sent to Google to deliver the message. SnazzyEmail keeps only limited send metadata for analytics: the provider, Gmail message ID, and send time. We do not keep a second copy of the subject, body, or recipient in the send log.

Each provider has signed data processing agreements compliant with GDPR requirements.
International Transfers
Your data may be transferred to the United States for processing by our service providers. These transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, ensuring an equivalent level of protection to that provided under EU law.

AI Processing
When using SnazzyEmail, the text you input is sent to Anthropic (Claude) to generate the requested email. This processing:
- •Is performed under our direction as data processor
- •Stores email content only for the paid-history storage periods described above; new free-plan content is not stored after streaming
- •Is covered by international transfer safeguards
By generating your first email, you accept this processing in accordance with this policy.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy occasionally. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice in the service.
