Data We Collect
2.1 Account Data

2.3 Payment Data
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or bank details on our servers. Stripe acts as a data processor under its own privacy policy.
2.4 Email Content
Important
Free accounts do not store your email content after streaming. For Pro, Connect, and Business accounts, SnazzyEmail stores the generated subject, generated body, and original user input so the History feature can work for each plan retention period. Data is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) solely to generate the requested content.

International Transfers
Your data may be transferred to the United States for processing by our service providers. These transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, ensuring an equivalent level of protection to that provided under EU law.

AI Processing
When using SnazzyEmail, the text you input is sent to Anthropic (Claude) to generate the requested email. This processing:

- •Is covered by international transfer safeguards
By generating your first email, you accept this processing in accordance with this policy.

We may update this policy occasionally. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice in the service.
