Refund Policy

We want SnazzyEmail to feel risk-free. Here's how refunds work.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your Pro subscription any time and get a full refund within 14 days of your most recent payment, no questions asked. After 14 days, you can still cancel — your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing cycle, and you won't be charged again.

To cancel or request a refund, email support@snazzyemail.com or use the "Manage subscription" link in your most recent Stripe receipt.

Top-up credit packs

If you bought a top-up pack and haven't used any of the credits, we'll refund it in full within 14 days. Once you've started using the credits, the pack becomes non-refundable.

Failed generations

If something on our side prevents an email from being generated — a timeout, an outage, an API error — we automatically refund the credits used. If your account shows otherwise, contact us and we'll fix it.

Refund requests are handled by email so we can match the payment to the right account.
